Absolutely! We strongly recommend touching base with your Virtual Assistant at least once per day. You can communicate with your Virtual Assistant using any communication platform you prefer.
We also offer a 30-Day guarantee, meaning if you don’t like who you hired, they happen to ghost you, or just aren’t great — if it doesn't work out for any reason, we’ll find you someone else. No extra cost.
If the chosen VA is not currently engaged with another part-time client when you request a transition, you have the flexibility to switch from part- time to full-time.
